Amargo Red
An addictively aromatic mix of fermented Moroccan lemons, rare black peppers from around the world and smoky tomato. Carefully blended with toasted spices and ground to order.
Use as a general purpose seasoning for meats and vegetables and in recipe dishes such as bolognese sauce & vegetable tagine. Great sprinkled on salads and for BBQ’d meats & veg.
Amargo Yellow
A powerful mix of wild porcini mushrooms, Indian Tellicherry pepper and the rare Indonesian cubeb. Blended with a pinch of toasted fennel seeds & red miso.

A blend of roasted dried seaweed, aged red miso and Nepalese Timur pepper. Combined with house toasted sesame seeds and flaked paprika. Feels more delicate, with a true depth of flavour that combines with fish so well.
