Amargo Red
Addictively aromatic mix of fermented Moroccan lemons, rare black peppers from around the world and smoky tomato. Carefully blended with toasted spices and ground to order.
Use as a general purpose seasoning for meats and vegetables and in recipe dishes such as bolognese & vegetable tagine. Great sprinkled on salads and for BBQ’d meats & veg.
Amargo Yellow
A powerful mix of wild porcini mushrooms, Indian Tellicherry pepper and the rare Indonesian cubeb. Blended with a pinch of toasted fennel seeds & red miso.

A blend of roasted dried seaweed, aged red miso and Nepalese Timur pepper. Combined with house toasted sesame seeds and flaked paprika. Feels more delicate, with a true depth of flavour that combines with fish so well.
