Amargo Green

A blend of roasted dried seaweed, aged red miso and Nepalese Timur pepper. Combined with house toasted sesame seeds and flaked paprika.

Delicate, with a true depth of flavour that combines with fish so well. Rub on your favourite fillet before cooking or add a decent sprinkle just before serving. Perfect in dressings. Try it on stir-fried greens with chopped ginger.
