Amargo Yellow Roasted Mushrooms

500g mixed mushrooms
In a medium baking tray
150g chopped pancetta
4 sprigs fresh rosemary & thyme
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
Bake in the oven at 220c for 20 mins

Amargo Green Salmon

Salmon fillet for 4
2 teaspoons Amargo Green
1 tablespoon olive oil
A pinch of sea salt
Rub into de-scaled salmon skin side
bake at 220c 20 mins
Generous squeeze of lime

Amargo Red Baked Chicken

Half a tablespoon of Amargo Red
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
A pinch of Sea salt
Rubbed into chicken
Bake at 160-180c for just over an hour
Until crispy!

Baked Amargo Red Cauliflower

Boil cauliflower in a lidded saucepan for 30 mins
Drain the cauliflower
Rub in a tablespoon of Amargo red
2 tablespoons of olive oil
And a pinch of salt
Bake at 220c for 20-30 mins
Add a squeeze of lemon

Amargo Green Ponzu Salmon

Micro Greens
Sliced sushi-grade salmon
1/2 a sliced avo
3 sliced radishes
A good soak of ponzu dressing
Amargo flavour bomb!

Amargo Yellow Salmon Sourdough

Slice of sourdough
Creme fraiche
Sliced smoked salmon
1/2 a sliced Avo
Sliced radish, baby shoots
Amargo yellow, lemon juice

Amargo Red Baked Sweet Potato

Bake sweet potato 200c 1 hour
Massive blob of creme fraiche
2 tablespoons kimchee
1 sliced red onion, fried in olive oil until crispy
2 teaspoon Amargo Red, Olive oil

Amargo Yellow Sirloin

Rub a thick sirloin (2 1/2- 3cm)
with Amargo Yellow, a pinch of sea salt
& a teaspoon of olive oil
Fry hard, approx 2 mins on each side for rare
Garlic parsley butter, slowly melted

Amargo Red Chunky Fries

Toss chunky fries in a bowl
With Amargo Red
And a pinch of salt
Best fries seasoning ever!
